Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped from the UK. Please allow 1 - 5 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Processing time during sale periods may be longer. Domestic UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and arrive approximately 2 - 4 business days following dispatch.

Worldwide orders will be sent via the shipping method and within the estimated time-span selected at checkout. All delivery times are estimates, we endeavour to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. 

Customs/Duty

For orders placed to any destination outside of the UK, you will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order.

 

Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin the process, contact us with your order number and items you wish to return or exchange. 

Conditions for return: All items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed/undamaged, and in original packaging with labels attached. Shipping fees/costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a tracked/insured shipping service. Refunds are issued within 15 days of the return being received.

We reserve the right to not issue a refund if the above conditions for return are not met. Refunds are only issued on full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
